Services are available to all\u00a0 registered NAU students located within the state of Arizona, regardless of their NAU campus affiliation (NAU statewide and NAU online students). <span data-teams=\"true\">Medical and Psychiatric telemedicine appointments are also available to faculty and staff eligible to be seen at Campus Health.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>What our patients say about telemedicine visits with their provider:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><em>&#8220;It was fast and easier than going in and waiting for an appointment, good work&#8221;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>&#8220;<\/em><em>Convenient&#8221;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>&#8220;Secure and thorough&#8221;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>&#8220;It was easy and quick yet addressed all of my concerns and questions&#8221;<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Billing and Insurance:<\/h2>\n<p>Telemedicine visits are billable services but all insurance plans may not cover telemedicine, even in these changing times.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We advise all patients who wish to utilize CHS \u00a0telemedicine for medical or psychiatric care to reach out to their insurance company:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ask whether Telemedicine services are a covered benefit under your plan.<\/li>\n<li>Telemedicine services will be billed at the same cost as an in-office, in person visit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Students with <strong>LouieCare<\/strong> may still utilize their plan and access care from their CHS providers via Telemedicine visits.\u00a0 Telemedicine visits will be billed at the same low cost as an in-office visit.<\/p>\n<h2>Scheduling an appointment:<\/h2>\n<p>Medical appointments can be made my calling or by logging into your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.campushealth.nau.edu\/\">Campus Health Patient Portal<\/a>\u00a0and scheduling online.
