Attend a cooking demo or workshop.  Also look out for special events during National Eating Disorder Awareness week and National Nutrition Month.

Presentations

Request a presentation for your student group or classroom. Topics include (but are not limited to!) general nutrition, healthy eating on campus, and body image/eating disorders.

Fruit and Vegetable Farmstands Accordion Closed

We bring free fresh fruits and vegetables to your residence hall for students to sample! Residence hall directors can request a farmstand by contacting megan.meyer@nau.edu.

Cooking Demos Accordion Closed

Learn cooking skills, try new recipes, and receive nutrition resources by attending our monthly cooking demos, free and open to all students! Samples are provided – check out the Health Promotion Event Calendar for more information.
