{"id":22,"date":"2018-08-07T02:13:14","date_gmt":"2018-08-07T09:13:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vendor.hub.wp.nau.edu\/biocrust3\/welcome\/"},"modified":"2025-07-17T20:18:20","modified_gmt":"2025-07-17T20:18:20","slug":"welcome","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/biocrust3\/","title":{"rendered":"Welcome"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Welcome<\/h1>\n<h4>Third\u00a0International Workshop on Biological Soil Crusts<\/h4>\n<h4>September 26-30, 2016 &#8211; Moab, Utah, USA<\/h4>\n<p>The Third\u00a0International Workshop on Biological Soil Crusts (BIOCRUST 3) will bring together international scientists working in disciplines such as physiology; taxonomy and systematics; genetics and genomics; restoration; and population, community, ecosystem and landscape ecology. Within BIOCRUST 3, these different fields are unified by their common interest in biological soil crusts, or biocrusts, as a study system.
