17th Biennial Conference of Science & Management on the Colorado Plateau & Southwest Region<\/h1>\n

September 8-10, 2025 – <\/strong>Northern Arizona University – du Bois Center<\/strong><\/p>\n

Despite recent policy changes affecting the federal land management agencies at the heart of this gathering, the 17th Biennial Conference will take place as planned. To reduce costs in 2025, as the conference returns to its roots at NAU’s du Bois Center.\u00a0 The 2025 edition of the conference will also be a hybrid affair, meaning federal employees and others unable to travel can present talks and attend the conference virtually. As the conference prepares to celebrate its 35nd anniversary, organizers are re-committed to:<\/p>\n

  1. including a wide range of disciplines and encouraging multidisciplinary approaches,<\/li>\n
  2. ensuring broad and diverse participation, and<\/li>\n
  3. creating and expanding opportunities for both graduate and undergraduate students to gain professional experience and build professional relationships.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
