Amin Mohebbi, Ph.D., P.E.<\/h1>\n

NAU faculty member with AZ<\/strong>Trans<\/em>: The Arizona Laboratory for Applied Transportation Research<\/h2>\n

Dr. Amin Mohebbi is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering, Construction Management, and Environmental Engineering at Northern Arizona University. He received his Ph.D. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska Lincoln in 2014, with an emphasis on water resources engineering. Dr. Mohebbi has over 13 years of work experience specializing in road crossing design, drainage and sewer planning, extreme weather modeling, and atmospheric air quality analysis (particulate matter dispersion\/diffusion). His most recent research interest involves modeling storms and precipitation and their impact on operations of the freight corridor. Study of the climate in conjunction with vehicle emissions is another project he is pursuing.<\/p>\n
