- Food & drink is not allowed inside Kitt Recital Hall with the exception of bottled water. To hold a catered reception prior to or post another event please inquire about the availability of the Kitt Atrium space or Ashurst Hall.<\/li>\n

- Requires at least 3<\/strong> Auditoria employees to be staffed to ensure a smoothly executed event. You can ask for a quote to get an estimate of labor costs before the event, but they are subject to change as the actual time of your event set-up and clean-up may vary slightly.<\/li>\n

Kitt Atrium (Receptions)<\/h3>\n
The Kitt Atrium refers to the open lobby space just outside Kitt Recital Hall. This space can be used as a reception venue. If you are interested in adding on a catered reception to an event you already have booked in Ardrey Auditorium or Kitt Recital Hall please contact us to check the availability of the space.<\/p>\n
\n- Pipe and drape can be rented in order to section off a reception area and make it a private event, as the atrium is a public space open to both students & passerby.<\/li>\n
- 7 high-top cocktail tables are available to be used for receptions in this space, but linens for these tables must be ordered through NAU Catering<\/a>.<\/li>\n
- Microphones and projection equipment can be set up in this space for additional equipment and labor charges.<\/li>\n
- Any event serving alcohol must obtain a waiver through NAU Catering<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
