You will be invoiced for the room rate and labor costs once your event is over \u2013 equipment use is all included! Ashurst Hall is a prime location for many student group events, because of the flexibility of the space to suit many types of events and the affordability.<\/p>\n<p class=\"elementToProof\">If any of these policies are broken there may be an extra charge for any clean-up or damages, or your group may be banned from renting a space from the Auditoria again in the future.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed in the building<\/li>\n<li>No alcohol possession or consumption<\/li>\n<li>No hitting\/throwing large objects that could damage the lights or other equipment<\/li>\n<li>No water\/food\/messy substances allowed on the stage. This includes eggs, shaving cream, jelly, flour, etc. \u2013 there is a lot of electrical equipment that could be damaged<\/li>\n<li>No jumping on\/off the edge of the stage<\/li>\n<li>No using equipment for anything other than its intended purpose<\/li>\n<li>No fire of any kind<\/li>\n<li>No helium balloons<\/li>\n<li>No glitter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All student groups are required to complete event request process through\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/dean-of-students\/clubs-organizations\/\">True Blue Connects<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Student Group Events Student groups can rent one of our venues at a discounted rate.
