Please review the <a href=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/245\/2026\/08\/2026-2027-Appropriations-Guidelines-1.pdf\">ASNAU Appropriations Guidelines<\/a>\u00a0and contact<a href=\"mailto:ASNAU_Appropriations@nau.edu\"> ASNAU_Appropriations@nau.edu<\/a> if you have any questions about reimbursements.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The ASNAU Appropriations Application will open on <strong>Sunday, September 27, 2026 at 8:00am<\/strong>, and close at <strong>11:59pm on Sunday, October 11, 2026<\/strong>.\u00a0The form will re-open in the Spring 2027 semester, with exact dates to be posted closer to the start of Spring classes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/qualtrics.nau.edu\/jfe\/form\/SV_cOalXp1SuCH8jlk\">Click here to access the form once it opens.<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"color_14\">Individuals = eligible for up to $500 per year<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"color_14\">Clubs\/Orgs = eligible for up to $1000 per year<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This is separate from the room reservation fund<\/li>\n<li>Appropriations funding will only be available until the allocated amount of funds have been used for the the Appropriations Guidelines to understand the process, what can\/cannot be purchased, and what you can expect in terms of service.<\/p>\n<p><a Information:<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"color_14\">Physical receipts (if you did not upload into form) are due to the ASNAU office no later than 7 days after completing the <span class=\"color_31\"><a href=\"https:\/\/qualtrics.nau.edu\/jfe\/form\/SV_1GI0hiXqANOPqUC\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ASNAU Appropriations Application.<\/a><\/span><\/span><span class=\"color_14\"> You may also email your receipts to <a href=\"mailto:ASNAU_Appropriations@nau.edu\">ASNAU_Appropriations@nau.edu<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"color_14\">We do not accept PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, or any other money exchange app receipts.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"color_14\">Club\/individuals will only be reimbursed up to the total amount of all their receipts.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"color_14\">It is the club\/individual\u2019s responsibility to attend the Appropriations Committee on their appointed date.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"color_14\">The club\/individual must submit their event to True Blue Connects.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"color_14\">If approved, it will take NAU Finance 2-3 months to process a check.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"color_14\">The check will be mailed to the mailing address that you submitted on your application, or the check must be picked up from ASNAU Operations Assistant Manager
