Information for presenters
Each poster should have a cardboard, foam board, or other backing that can either sit on an easel or free-stand on a table top (e.g., a tri-fold board).
You may select for your poster to sit on an easel or free stand on a table top (e.g., a tri-fold board). There will be space for a standard 48″ wide poster.
Plan to staff your poster for the full 2 hours (3-5 p.m) of the fair, and please take your poster with you when the event ends at 5 p.m.
