Scholarships<\/h4>\n

Air Force ROTC offers several opportunities for scholarships which can cover up to full tuition and include a book allowance and monthly stipend.\u00a0 High school students may apply for the High School Scholarship Program and cadets in the ROTC program will be able to compete for the In College Scholarship Program. Stipends<\/h4>\n

All cadets receive a monthly stipend to assist with living expenses once they contract with the Air Force, which occurs at the start of their junior year or when they activate a scholarship. Stipends are $300-500 a month depending on the cadet’s year in the AFROTC program.<\/p>\n

Professional Development<\/h4>\n

ROTC offers numerous fully-paid professional development training opportunities. These include base visits, airshow visits, free-fall and gliding training at the US Air Force Academy, language immersions, internships and more. Competitive Pay<\/h4>\n

A 2018 report showed that 43% of recent college graduates were underemployed [1]. Our graduates do not risk this problem with an average starting pay of $61,200 a year, which quickly increases.<\/p>\n

Travel<\/h4>\n

The Air Force truly will give you the opportunity to see the world. Our graduates have received first assignments in Italy, Germany, and all over the US. Additionally, Air Force members may take advantage of free, space-available travel all over the world on military aircraft.<\/p>\n

Leadership and job experience<\/h4>\n
