NOTE: CCC2NAU Students can schedule an appointment by calling our office at the North Academic Success Centers at 928-523-5524. <strong>Summer 2026 services end on August 7, 2026. Regular Fall 2026 services begin on August 31, 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"summerwinter\">Summer &amp; winter session tutoring<\/h2>\n<p>The Academic Success Centers offers one-on-one online tutoring for students registered for <em><strong>select<\/strong><\/em> courses during the non-regular academic year. Summer and winter tutoring is held on an online and request-only basis &#8211; all appointments will be hosted over Microsoft Teams. Our tutoring offerings are limited compared to our regular semester offerings. Please don&#8217;t hesitate to reach out to <a href=\"mailto:tutoring@nau.edu\">tutoring@nau.edu<\/a> with any questions. To get the most out of a tutoring session, students should come prepared with questions and materials to work on. Students can <a href=\"http:\/\/tutortrac.nau.edu\">cancel appointments through the tutoring appointment booking site<\/a> using their NAU credentials to log in or by calling the North or South ASC. An appointment is considered missed after 15 minutes with no student presence or communication. Students with excessive missed or canceled appointments will not be able to book additional appointments for the remainder of the semester with out expressed permission from an ASC staff member.<\/p>\n<h3>Accessing your online appointment<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A few minutes before your appointment time, please go to the Microsoft Teams link in your appointment confirmation email or log into your <a href=\"http:\/\/tutortrac.nau.edu\">tutortrac.nau.edu<\/a> account.
