2023 Faculty and Academic Professionals Awards

In recognition of the many facets of faculty and AP work, the following awards are open for nominations. For specific information and details about the selection process, application and nominations please see the links below. Nomination deadlines have been extended to March 10, 2023 for the following awards:

• NAU Award for Excellence in Service and Leadership
• NAU Award for Faculty Excellence in Global Learning
• NAU Award for Faculty Excellence in Teaching and Learning (open to 2023 College Teachers of the Year). TOY recipients will automatically be considered for the award for excellence in teaching and learning without submitting an application. There will be a committee review of the TOY recipients to determine the awardee.

Regents’ Professor

Regents’ Professors are exceptional faculty scholars who have earned national and international recognition, and made a unique contribution to the university through teaching, scholarship, research, or creative work.

Fulbright Scholars

The Fulbright Program is a prestigious grant that promotes improved relationships between the United States and other countries.
