Print employment applications

Step-by-step instructions to print applications

Human Resources implemented a process that provides department staff with the ability to run the Application Print Process.  If you have questions about the process or have difficulty running the process, please contact the Customer Service team at 523-2223 or by email at HR.Contact@nau.edu.

Please be patient, as the process might take a while if you have a large applicant pool.

To print your applications:  Log in to PeopleSoft and navigate to Recruiting > Search Job Openings.  If you do not see Recruiting in the menu, you either have not requested the appropriate security via the ePASS or your submitted ePASS has not been processed yet.

Request access

PeopleSoft Security (ePASS) forms will need to be completed by all individuals that will need to run the application print process.  You will not be able to print your applications and attachments if you have not completed your ePASS.  The ePASS security form can be found on the ITS website.

The security role to request for access to this process is:  NAU_HR Req Manage Applications.
